Hi. I just started citilopram 10mg a week ago for severe fatigue. I noticed an improvement after one tablet but side effects have been kicking in. Nausea, dizzy and worst of all insomnia. For last three days I've bitten tablet in half to see if that eases side effects. Ive been told to stick with taking med as the side effects are supposed to go away after a couple of weeks. They had better as they are hard to live with.

Sorry to hear that, but yes stick with it, its often the case that there are side effects at first that dissapear after a while, luckily I havent had those problems just had to slowly up it to now 40g wish you well😊

Thanks. I was thinking of stopping the meds as the side effects are so horrible but I'll persevere for now. Appreciate your advice.
