I've been feeling out of touch with everyone and everything around me. All I want to do is lay in bed and cry. I want to tell my boyfriend, but I already feel my illness is pushing him away. I'm getting to a point where I've been calling off work, I can't focus, I'm always tired and when I get sad I begin to cry nonstop.

I am meeting with a therapist once a month and group therapy once a week.
Hopefully given time you will begin to understand your illness and understand how to control it. Therapy will eventually make you more positive in your outlook and feel more at peace with yourself

Try to go get help for your depression. It is not good to isolate and stay inside. You need to be able to go and just talk with a dr about any problems that you're having. You were brave to post this, now get some help for yourself.
