Anxiety across the globe is at an all-time high with a pandemic that has brought fear and uncertainty to all. For individuals with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), there has been a risk for increased symptoms, due to COVID-19 and increased isolation. Now, as states begin to re-open and individuals start to return to a more normal life, those with OCD may have greater struggles. How can those with OCD navigate the challenges, and continue to make progress? How can family and friends support them?
