Anxiety
Maybe try exercise like doing some running, practicing meditation and mindfulness, doing some art, going for a walk, or what I like to do when my anxiety kicks in is to read!
Everybody is different, but I do deep breathing, I recite the Serenity prayer and I bring myself back to the Present moment.
It helps too to talk to someone or write it all out (journal).
I hope you feel better. 🌻
Try to stay busy. That's hard for me because of my depression. Don't want to do anything.
What works best for me when I'm in the middle of an anxious episode is to take a break from any triggers. Then I do something relaxing or distracting, such as watching an engaging TV show (my favorite is Doctor Who), doing yoga, listening to music, taking a walk. If you are in a situation where it is difficult to take a break, such as at work or school, use your creativity to find a way to take a break. You might walk around the building a few times or hide in the bathroom for a few minutes. In my experience, pushing forward when you're feeling extremely anxious leads to burnout pretty quickly. I hope you can take some time for yourself and get feeling a little better!
