Example like if am driving and i see car plates that have a symbol if am shopping and i see shirts for sale with that symbol to support different cancer fuunds all thst starts to freak me out.

Same here!! I thought I was the only one! Commercials on the radio, celebrity news- all of it. I know it’s life, but it makes me very anxious I just try to cut all of it out. So I feel you.
