Hui everyone !!!! So it's been months since I posted last time, been feeling good, and was really occupied in work.
Now a days am trying to improve myself, reading books and articles ( although am not a avid reader, just trying hard). Just thought I should share a book which is quite famous which am reading, it's Feeling Good by David Burns.
And I think it's helping me to get my self esteem back.
