Hui everyone !!!! So it's been months since I posted last time, been feeling good, and was really occupied in work.
Now a days am trying to improve myself, reading books and articles ( although am not a avid reader, just trying hard). Just thought I should share a book which is quite famous which am reading, it's Feeling Good by David Burns.
And I think it's helping me to get my self esteem back.

Hey Celtic, ik it can be hard during situations like lockdown, checking improvements in myself every day helped me in some extent, it helped me not going to the worst phase. Just have confidence in yourself, stay positive and am always there if you need to vent out. ✌️
I have that same book too! I haven’t got to reading it though yet. I have the when panic attacks by david burns and it’s pretty good. It’s just hard for me to focus with so much going on in my mind. Glad you’re doing better ❤️
