I don't mean to stress or trigger anyone. How can it be said that you can't die from depression/anxiety? The stress that comes with it is enough. I'm sorry everyone just having a not so good day. Been having some good days, but it always seems like my good days r a set up for me to crash. πππππ’π’π’π’π’

How?
Hello
I always say I don't want anything good to happen as I always seem to have to pay with something bad , yet if we just bank all the good things and get them out when these bad days appear so we can see things can come good again
So many seem to be struggling at the moment especially those with MH problems , if it be the virus that has not helped I don't know but we are still here supporting each other which says so much about how caring we are
As can anxiety / depression kill us I always say no but I do question if it has an impact on our health as so any of us suffer with high blood pressure , stomach issues and so on
I hope those good days come back soon for you and us all that are struggling at the moment
Take Care x
There will be days where you feel good and there are days that you won't feel okay and that's okay. Just remember they are just bad days. Try your best to not stress about anything and try to relax and just go with the flow of your day. When I have bad I try to make it better but listening to music and watching videos and I highly recommend going for walks those work too. If you need anyone to talk to feel free to message me on this app.
The human body is remarkably resistant to anxiety and depression. It renews itself daily by a wonderful process called the immune system that sends an army of antibodies to repair any damage.
It takes a long time, best part of a lifetime, before the wear and tear of the daily onslaught will contribute to your demise. So for all intents and purposes, as of now, it's not going to kill you. Plenty of time to stop that ever happening.
Remember, no death certificate ever written gives the cause of death as 'anxiety' or 'depression'.
So don't worry about those things affecting your death. Worry about those things affecting your life. And do all that is necessary to rid yourself of their pernicious influence.
