Have anyone ever dealt with restless legs or nerve make you nerves? I just started magnesium and distressing.

Yes! Unfortunately nerve damage and restless leg syndrome. I’ve been taking a magnesium supplement along with other vitamins to help absorb it since lockdown, it’s been helping so far. A banana helps ( potassium) and hot soak in bath with Himalayan salts seems to give relief too, and exercise, just walking,whatever you can manage? Hope this helps x

You are correct on that MG is great for it.

Magnesium is serotogenic it is a downer if your legs are restless you may have too much serotonin in your system are you on ssri antidepressants?

I would stop the magnesium if I were you or cut right down. If you are eating well you should be getting enough in your food

Dopamine is the opposite of serotonin and some people find relief from RLS with dopamine rich foods such as orange juice and apples
