If you are finding the work hard and you have restrictions on what you can do it may be you need to consider a new job

Are you in a Care Home or Hospital, are you a nurse.

Sorry although do you live in the UK ?

We all could do with a Holiday, I was supposed to go away on Holiday and had to cancel because of this virus. Hopefully will get away later this year

Where would you like to go for a break ?

We will not get away for quite a while, we both feel the virus cost has not dropped enough yet.

We will be working in the garden for most of the time. I have a tree to take down and today is to hot to do that. We are planting more veg seeds this morning and soon we will be picking fruit, So that can take a couple of hours a day. We have an odd job man that looks after the mundane heavy jobs so He has several jobs to do that have been put back because of the virus. We could not really manage on our own. Gardens can be a blessing or a curse,

You moving into something nice, It can be hard work. When we moved here we never seemed to stop. Builder rubble all over the place and the dust was terrible.

New address a new start, Good Luck for the move

I hate painting, As we get older we seem to get someone in. I remember when we moved into our first home the walls had been glossed and the people who owned the property were heavy smokers, so there was tar and nicotine on the walls, they were a dirty yellow in colour. We had to clean and rub down the walls, our hands remained like a smokers for a few months, we put liner on the walls and wallpaper and the tar started to leak through the paper, it was horrible

I'm a front line worker (technically. I'm admin for nhs) but I've found that these past 2 weeks everyone has hit some kinda wall (I work in maternity, not many covid cases) everyone is fed up, think it's the lack of normality, even on days off it's hard cos your with children or family who are furloughed so there is no break. Then you are working overtime on your planned days off and on your shifts due to sickness and those weird sense of responsibility we have. Even those who have taken annual leave have felt no benefit for time off.

I had a long weekend a few weeks a go, it was something, didnt use up too much a/l but was a breather in the world of chaos.

You have my support x

You have my empathy, I know it is hard, no where to turn too. Can you etch out a day now and then, leave the house for the day by yourself, go for a long walk, or ride a bike if you have one. Find a nice clean cozy little cafe drink tea/coffee and read a good book. Your brain and body needs the rest. We all need a break now and then, I have been in shut down since end of March, have a lovely home, but get a bit fed up some times having no where to go. I am 78 so leery of venturing out, my close friend died in Aug, no family here, no more volunteer work, agh!!!

I hope we can find a stop for the virus, I think it is going to be around for a while.I admire the work you do, it has to be rewarding, but also tiring. I send you love hugs and peace......
