Sblack, I am a big believer in Dr Joe Dispenza's theory that we are able
to unlearn our habits and create more positive ones. Our brains will adapt
to those changes. It will eventually be done (through practice) by
physiological change by a thought alone.
Another one of YouTube's "go to" worth watching. xx

interesting, a friend leant me the book and said that it helped her a lot, ill look more into his theory and give the book a go
