🖤: Hello, I suffer from extreme... - Anxiety and Depre...
🖤
You are NOT alone. I suffer with severe depression and PTSD. These are very hard times because we are all isolated.
Thank you so much for your support ❤️
I definitely agree with you. During these hard times we’re going through definitely increased my anxiety.
Trying very hard to keep calm and positive.
Thank you again 🦋❤️
Unfortunately not, anxiety is the disease of the century
Hi sofiyati23
Do you take antidepressants?
no i never really been on any type of medication because i’m afraid i’ll rely on them to the point where if i don’t take them i’ll just feel like shit again. Im going to see a doctor soon but it’ll be helpful to know people’s review on them. Are you on any ? if so, let me know how’s its going ❤️ it’ll be helpful ❤️
Antidepressants gave me my life back! I can't live a normal life without them.
If I have to take them the rest of my life, I will, because I never want to go back to that dark place I was at. I'm happy now!
Amen! They saved my life 20 years ago.
Please pass this on, .........I woke up one morning years ago feeling scared. Then came the panic attacks, weird feelings, weird thoughts,& full blown anxiety.
Thought I was going crazy etc, took some meds that made it worse. Started carrying xanax with me always.
Then I found the book , AT Last A Life by Paul David. Years back I had to order it from the U.K. It changed my life of anxiety into one of recovery.
This little book tells how the author overcame anxiety & all its symptoms. He explains how anxiety is nothing more that a chemical reaction in the body. Its like when you hear a loud noise in the middle of the night , your shaking with fear, thinking all kinds of scary thoughts . Then you walk towards the kitchen with a bat in your hands & you realize the cat knocked over a plant. Once you know there is nothing to fear your body & brain slowly calm down .
Well this book exposes that anxiety & all its symptoms are easily explained.
Once you realize there is nothing to fear , your anxiety & all its scary symptoms start to lessen . So the next time you hear a loud noise in the kitchen ,you just roll over & go back to bed.
