I agree. It's sad and it's scary.

The protesting does not need to involve all this destruction.

We are just starting to open up and now we have the potential for a rise in cases due to the large crowds.

Thank you, for caring, like I hope many others do too,❤️

Yes a man died and that is wrong, and terrible loss, but does this destroying, burning, , stealing , killing right either. That’s what I meant.

I have nothing else to say, consequence are you kidding me. Bye

There seems to be such a great divide these days...it's what caused the only war on US soil between its citizens, the civil war, and it is still the same reason today for civil unrest. There are always fringe factions that take advantage of a situation for their own gain when the have not’s are tired of not having. But it's still not right to take from those small ‘Mom and Pop’ shops who have worked hard for what they have. Still, it’s no excuse to execute people. This thing is going to rear its ugly head for a long time till this country starts dealing with the inequality that seems to still be getting worse again. No health care for the poor, no jobs, no food, and no cure for a plague...its inevitable things are going to boil over. Until there is a government willing to change these issues....nothing is going to change.

No they is no reason to execute. But I know people black, and white that don’t want to work any kind of job For example my daughter husband has an education , and even if he didn’t he could get some kind of job, learn a skill. He's being married to my daughter for 16 , lazy bum, she works three jobs, put them in thousand of dollars of debt. We had to borrow them the money because of our grandchildren, now he got the stimulus check bought big tv, computers, big grills, all kinds of things, nothing for my grandchildren needs, wasn’t that for people that needed food, and to pay their bills , or save. Then my father owned a produce business the union made him in the 50s, and 60s pay his black workers from 49 thousand to 80 thousand a year, no matter if they showed up, or not. Most of the time they didn’t . I would clean toilets if I had too for my family !

Also with this virus, I do what I supposed to do, not only for myself, but other too. Not seeing it with others. My own daughter doesn’t have my granddaughter wear a mask, but Im told I have too, which I do. Kids get this virus too. I so scared for my granddaughter. Our children these days think their smart, and we are dummies about everything . People are robing these stores for what they don’t wanT to work for like my daughter husband, and he is white. Thank you for responding, and listening, this all making my anxiety Far worse, I have PTSD from abuse.

I think this all goes far beyond a race issue...and yes...I owned my own business for almost 30 years, and saw the work ethics go down the toilet. I finally gave up when I just found myself always at odds with my health or finding reliable employees to just show up on a job and wanting to actually work. People are just hopeless about their future, frustrated with how bad things in the world have gotten and to top it off are now dealing with lockdowns for so long. I wear a mask too, but see most people not wearing one, that's their problem and sad that they have no regard for others.

I hope your getting help with your abuse issues. I too am a child of abuse, and I have depression as well....both are a toxic mix. It takes years and years of healing to make any headway, but it's worth it. I think the combination of age and graces have saved me, but I still battle with this thing every day to one extent or another.
