Retrain your brain with positivity

I read somewhere that the brain doesn't know the difference between the truth, and a lie...it believes what we think, and say

I've been listening to affirmations on YouTube recently but for some reason I couldn't get on the internet so I spent an hour for the past three mornings saying positive things about myself, praising & thanking God when I awake. (This is when I felt the most depressed in the last month)

The results are amazing!!!! I feel better mentally, physically, and spiritually...and I'm smiling more 😆

I'm determined to let go of D & A and trade it for peace, and serenity. I plan to continue my morning routine.

We can chose to be kind to ourselves on purpose.
