Things I wish I had known at eighteen.

It's never too late to start afresh.

Nobody is indispensable to you.

Worst case scenarios rarely happen.

People change: they are not today who they were ten years ago nor who they will be in ten years time.

The greatest thing that you can give anybody is your loyalty.

The most expensive thing you can give to children is your time.

Love conquers all.

Revenge is a dish best eaten cold.

We have passed this way before, we will pass this way again.

Depression and anxiety are how we see the world, they are not how the world really is.

If you want to be happy, spend time with people who make you happy and do those things that make you happy.

Do what you fear and the death of fear is assured.

Every adversity brings with it the seed of a greater benefit.

And finally the thing many spend their whole lives searching for but never find: The purpose of life is our evolution to a higher form.
