Stuffy nose and sneezing

Since I’ve had anxiety and depression I’ve allways had a blocked nose and fits of sneezing it’s nothing to do with coronavirus as have had way before it came around just wanted to know if anyone else gets this with anxiety and depression or if it’s something else ?

I get that with hayfever, could it be allergies of some kind?

I thought I was the only one I also get alot of tension headaches and acid reflux. I dislike it. Especially if I sneeze in public people just stare.

Yeh I get tension and cluster headaches with this aswell really horrible and yeh the sneezing is annoying as 😂
