My anxiety is causing dyspepsia. My stomach is bloated and I feel that I have something stuck in my throat. Could it be acid. Also can’t stop crying. I need advice. Is this from anxiety and depression. How do I get rid of.

Constant indigestion
Hey, hope you're feeling better. Yeah I get this quite a lot, and really I've learned that there isn't a symptom that anxiety can't cause. It's incredibly powerful, I've been totally destroyed physically by it on a number of occasions and the symptoms always fade when I feel like the "threat" is gone. Why I tend to say is, unless you have consistent (more than 1-2 weeks) or recurring symptoms that don't go away, then it's probably not medical, it's probably just anxiety. Which is to say, still take it serious, cause anxiety can mess up so much stuff in your body.
Some good things to start with: therapy, meditation/breathing exercises, cardio, yoga, mindfulness practice.
For the crying, I'd ask yourself what you think is the underlying thing. Stress, pain, and loneliness are enough to push me over the edge, but it's different for everyone. A good solution there is to be really kind to yourself and understanding. hope it helps.
Thank you so much. This has really helped immensely!
Yeah no worries. Are you feeling any better?
Yes I am.
Good to hear. Let me know if you ever need help with anything else.
Today I have very bad muscle spasms in my upper back. Have you had this.
Hmm, not in the upper back, I definitely get them occasionally in my lower back, but it's always concerning and a scary feeling. I get them when I do too much, like lift something seriously heavy or stretch too far in the wrong direction. Heat packs help, light movement and walking. But also definitely see a chiropractor if you can, getting the adjustments regularly is so important.
I've had this exact same problem, and it is just awful. Apparently, anxiety can cause both of these symptoms. The indigestion and the lump in the throat. When we are anxious, our bodies are tense, which means are stomach is tense too, which can cause a lot of issues. I would speak with your doctor to make sure it isn't anything else. Try and get them to rule other issues out. But, I know from personal experince, that anxiety can cause both of these. I wish I could tell you how to get rid of it, but personally, I try to avoid medications. However, I've been told meditating, yoga, breathing exercises, as well as exercising and eating healthy can be beneficial in terms of anxiety. I wish you the best, and hope you feel better soon.
Sorry you’re feeling so detressed. Anxiety can make anything happen. Sounds like you have stomach inflammation. A doctor told me take anti acids. Didn’t do anything for Me. I did some research, I’ve been drinking Lemon/Ginger/Probiotics tea. You have to drink it consistently everyday, NO more stomach problems. Have you been to a doctor? 🙏😷
I’ve had the same issue. I also find a probiotic helps in addition to the meditation breathing g.
I have had similar symptoms with my anxiety in the past. Zantac 150 morning and night helped for the acid reflux and associated throat spasms.
