Relax and breath
Just riiiide it out. And man is it a tough one, but remind yourself that it WILL be over with soon and you are okay. I always self talk and tell myself “I am safe” with other affirmations and practicing deep breathing.
Try Mindfulness, Relaxation Technique, books available from Amazon about £7.00 or USA $10,
Breathing Exercises, taking a deep breath and slow to expel will also work. You will find explanations on the web.

Try not to think about it focus your mind on other things try not to break the rhythm of your breathing that helps me a lot
