Hi everyone, long story short: im a BD, GAD, diagnosed (md diagnosed before) single man living with my 80 years old Mum, she has PTSD and MD, we live alone since my Dad left and i try to do as much as i can to cheer up Mum, and help around, our illness i recognize, end up our social life, i think we make ends meet as we can, so we cant have all the luxury ideas some websites recommend, like : "travel to another country and enjoy" ,so i really want to put in practice some simple ideas like to feel more entertained and happier while doing things together, i tell you, sometimes i like to drive to near towns we dont know to feel a bit of adventure, we play nice relaxing songs, we have lunch, and i think we feel better, any ideas ?or is someone in my situation? thanks in advance!
