Past few days it's been really bad. I can quit focusing on intense Instrusive thoughts. I feel like im going crazy, my body feels so high on anxiety and I can't stop thinking and worrying over stupid things, i wake up the past few days and can't go back to sleep.... I don't see my doctor for another week....how can i make it till then?
