There are many different physical symptoms of anxiety. Tightness in your chest, tightness in the throat, dizziness, headaches, nauseated pit in your stomach and I’ve had them all. I still experience them. Just remember to tell yourself that it’s anxiety and that you are ok. Repeat it to yourself. A lot of people are dealing with anxiety right now. It sounds easier said than done. Just take it minute by minute. I talk to my anxiety like it’s a person. And when I used to have it it consumed me and I didn’t feel like I could function. Now I talk to it and tell it you’re here and that’s fine but I have to get on with my day and I go and start doing things. Even something small like a load of laundry or whatever. It may still be there but I’ve learned that I can function through it. I literally talk to it numerous times a day if I have to. Little baby steps and if that’s all you can do then you are doing your best. ❤️
Sorry you’re feeling this way. I also have these same issues, feeling like I can’t take a deep breath. It helps to focus on your breathing. Take as much breath in through your nose while counting to 4. Let the air out of your mouth slowly and count to 8. Do this 10 times and your right chest will relax a bit. Hope this helps.
