ocd compulsive speech- please read

Has anyone experienced their intrusive thoughts telling them they have to say something out loud (that they wouldn't normally say), for example something rude, for their obsession to go away. I have had this when my ocd was telling me I had to say a rude thing about a loved one (which I have never thought before) for my obsession to go away, and for the obsession not to come true. Please has anyone experienced anything remotely similar to this. Thankyou.

I have OCD and I will say "ALRIGHT" out loud when I really start to obsess. I'm trying to tell myself that everything is alright and I just started saying it out loud for some reason. And I say what I'm thinking under my breath alot. I especially obsess over what I'm going to say to someone, and what they will say to me. And then after the event I will replay every thing that happened in my mind over and over to see if I missed anything.
