Does anyone have anxiety and depression? If so how do you handle the combo roller coasters?

You buckle up and hope you don’t fall out. Sometimes it’s all about the mind set too. I just downloaded this app called thinkup and you can record your own affirmations and it puts it to background music and repeats your affirmation to you and I am loving it. At first it’s weird hearing your voice. I know what you mean about the roller coaster it’s awful but know you’re not alone and to just keep trying to be positive and find things that help. And when you’re in a current Episode just keep reminding yourself it will not last forever and when you have a good moment even just for a minute use it to prove you can come out of anxiety and depression and don’t be hard on yourself when you fall back into an episode.

I try to focus on something positive but as of last week I’ve been having more screw ups (I’ve been with the company for 2 years) at work then anything else. I tried explaining to my boss that I’m not doing this on purpose but he says I need to knock it off and get over it. Which only makes me feel worse.

That’s because he doesn’t understand. It’s not something we can just get over. It’s more like getting through it. Some people will just not understand and you have to try to tune it out and talk to people who will understand. We all screw up sometimes. Forgive your mess ups and just try your best. You will be okay ♥️ just keep trying. All we can do is keep trying

Try binaural beats. 528 Hz frequency. using ear phones it is tones of the earths inner core, in a nutshell.

the increased cells viability is about 20% and the levels of ROS production has been reduced up to 100%. sound waves can be useful in many organs of the body, specific frequencies help disease, bacteria, viruses and energy fields etc etc

Its truly worth doing some research and study on. best wishes

I have both. You just hang on and try your best. For me therapy and understanding my roller coasters helped me a lot. Not control them, but understand stand them, so I felt a little more in control. The only things that got rid of them was medication for me. But I had to try a bunch of other medications before I found one that worked. I pray that your roller coasters will become less frequent and will stop altogether. Remember your not in this alone ❤️
