Has anyone felt so lightheaded in anxiety attack and fainted ? Or fear of so had pull over while driving ?

Omg yes so many times. I’ve even called 911. It’s ridiculous really. I’ve learned to work w the anxiety not against it. It’s hard thing to do

Ya I almost got in 2 accidens today trying too pull over was a worst experience

I’m so sorry to hear that. Does meditation help? Anything you’ve tried. Remember panic attacks always end. I remember that.
