🧠It is very interesting to me that when I wake up my OCD is strong as hell in the a.m., I start to have bad intrusive thoughts, persistent guilt, anger, tears, imbalance etc.
I wondering if I have something other than OCD.

Mornings can be difficult for me as well. I believe others experience difficult mornings too. I'm not sure why that is, but I believe it has to do with repetition and getting our bearings. I find opening my bedroom window to let the sun in is helpful as is getting out of bed right away when I wake up; however, some mornings are just difficult regardless.
It’s funny because I have just posted a message to someone else who has anxiety and worried that they may also have PTSD. The message I gave to them is exactly the same message I’m giving to you.
Don’t get too hung up on labels. Anxiety, OCD, PTSD, agoraphobia are all the same thing because they all have the same underlying cause which is fear or fearing the feelings of fear. I don’t know anything about your OCD but can tell you that they are just some behaviours or techniques that you do to avoid feeling anxious because you hate / fear the feelings.
The good thing is, the cure is also the same which is learning to accept those thoughts and feelings which upset you and don’t do anything to try and stop it. Over time, you should see a marked improvement.

If mornings bring on your attacks then start tackling them at night. Sometimes a little preparation and preventative maintenance is a big step in starting your day off calm and relaxed. Try to stick to a schedule as much as possible. Make sure you get enough sleep. Make sure you allow yourself enough time in the morning so you are not rushed. My daughter had morning anxiety. What really helped her was night time prep. We wrote out the schedule for the next day. We set EVERYTHING out that was going to be needed the next day. Stuff that has to go with her was set by the door. Clothes, socks and shoes were picked out and set at the foot of the bed. Shampoo, conditioner, towel etc, was set out and ready for her morning shower, we downloaded Relaxing melodies app on the phone, and when she woke it played the sounds she had picked that make her relaxed, but also helped wake her up. We bought body wash that included lavender, or orange, or Lemon scents to help boost her mood in the morning. It sometimes is the little things that set your mornings off right. Give it a try and see if that helps.
