I haven't lost a lot of weight during COVID, but have found that leading a healthier lifestyle has been easier. I choose more balanced foods to buy to keep in my house and have downloaded free fitness apps to use at home. Since I haven't worked out regularly in quite some time my activity has been limited to short walks in my neighborhood and short workouts from my apps. The better I feel the better I eat. It becomes a positive circle and by starting small it doesn't feel so daunting. Hopefully by making a small change that will help you too and it will become like a domino causing other things to fall.
basic selfweight workouts can help. pushups 100 , sit ups 100 , treadmill a mile or two. just be sure you set your reps to what you can handle for safety.

Weight you taking about. If it is , that’s what everyone is doing during these times, bored, and full of anxiety. It is very hard to do now.I’m trying to , too.
For me, I realize that if I really want to lose weight, that means that I am willing and committed to putting in the hard work. Which I am either not ready or not interested in doing at this time. So my new goal is "Don't add anymore weight" and I am releasing myself from the mind torture at least for the time being.
I have lost half a stone since lockdown here in Scotland.i wasn't even trying or planning and it didn't even happen in the beginning but decided to cut back or reduce many things and so far its going ok.like most things its all in the mind you can do it.
