Sometimes when I sit in my room alone I tend to feel lost. Idk what I’m doing, or what I’m suppose to do. I feel like I have to constantly be doing something. So when there’s nothing to do I get anxious. How do I learn to relax? How do I learn to tell myself doing nothing is ok sometimes?
