Hi everyone on here. I hope everyone is having a good Saturday and trying to be as safe as they can be. I myself am having one of my down days. I blessed to say that I have my little princess with me who I absolutely utterly adore. But as I’m playing with her I have this overwhelming feeling of sadness. I do suffer from depression and ocd. I’ve had ocd since childhood, and then that lead to my depression. I’m an avid weightlifter, been training for years and even though gyms are closed I’m blessed to have training equipment at home. I’m on Tintrillex, Zoloft, and Xanax when needed. I’m hoping things start to settle so everything goes back to normal. This whole pandemic makes things harder for people with mental disease. It’s like mental disease to the 2nd power.
One of the things that I do a lot is ruminate. I think constantly. And a lot of my thoughts are negative, the WHAT IFS? Those constantly bombard my mind. Even though I know I should just ignore, I do pay attention to them and do my rituals to try and ease the anxiety. Anyways I’m trying to stay as positive as I can. One thing I know I need to do ASAP is quit the coffee. The caffeine only exacerbates my condition. I hope everyone on here is having a great day. Blessings to all. SAMSON

I get it. Im much the same. My husband says I think too much, lol. I watch way too much news too. It is a difficult time and staying positive right now is harder. Too many unknowns, mixed messages, etc. Glad you have your princess with you, how old is she?👑👸🏻
Question for you why are you on both Zoloff and trintelex? I currently take cymbalta and they talked about switching me To trintelex And stopping cymbalta. So I'm curious as to why they kept you on both. Thanks for any information you can give me in advance
Hi strongest123 the main thing you can do is meditation to help your mind have aware of your thoughts. There is a blessed speaker known as BKShivani you should listen to her about thoughts and meditation. Hope this will help you. Have a great day.
