Every morning i wake up i have that awful feeling of panic and anxiousness. Enough already. I dont take care of myself anymore. Stuff goes around in my head over and over.

Have you tried to do something relaxing? For me personally I love to run. I find it calming and a lot of my stress, anger and fear go away when I run.

You need to just jump up and be active for 20 min every morning try yoga it will help you learn to block out overwhelming emotions or even meditating just simply learn how to relax and think of nothing. You’re not alone I fight this everyday also it’s not fun I feel like I’m having a heart attack waking up but I absolutely refuse to just quit. Doing nothing is going to amplify your emotions. If you want a 30min body weight workout I can write one for you. Do you have a journal? I like to just write my thoughts after a workout write how you feel before write goals plan your life the way you want to. You’re in control!
