Have you tried to do something relaxing? For me personally I love to run. I find it calming and a lot of my stress, anger and fear go away when I run.
You need to just jump up and be active for 20 min every morning try yoga it will help you learn to block out overwhelming emotions or even meditating just simply learn how to relax and think of nothing. You’re not alone I fight this everyday also it’s not fun I feel like I’m having a heart attack waking up but I absolutely refuse to just quit. Doing nothing is going to amplify your emotions.
