This quarantine triggers my anxiety because I get to spend too much time alone in my room since we are not allowed to get out of our houses. I don't have anyone to talk to.

I see you are in the Philippines. In the UK it's different. We are in lockdown but are allowed out once a day to do essential shopping, dog walking, and exercise as long as we observe social distancing. I am wondering how you are doing any food shopping?

our police officers here buys our goods we will give them the list of the foods that we need and they are the one who will buy because we are not allowed to go out

Good lord! I find this quite bizarre. You must have a lot more police than we do.

we have many officers in here and if you don't know Filipinos are really caring and hospitable.

Not saying you aren't! Just the thought of having enough police to do our shopping for us is a novel concept to me. Totally alien.

Wow that is stricter than here in Canada. We do it like the UK. Can go out for a walk or groceries and essential things but looking outside there are a lot of cars on the road. I live in a condo all alone and I have no family (that want to keep contact) so I too am feeling very anxious and we're only 1 month in to it. I worked retail so worry my job will be gone for good so money is a worry too. The government support will end and we do need to pay taxes on what we are getting now. I worry things will be worse next spring than it is now if there is no vaccine....gov't help ends, jobs gone for good, taxes and deferred payment due.....gov't needs to come up with long term plan...

the mayor implemented the lockdown here in our city because there are many people infected by the virus. And my parents is kinda bit stress also because we can't pay the bills since only grocery and drugstores are open here. Our bills will be paid after this hopefully soon. All we can do right now is to pray. Top pray for the frontliners who is risking there lives with this perilous virus. I think it is a good idea not being allowed to go out because the probability of getting a virus is lower if we stay at home
