Probs my mind overthinking but really worried my tired spells and fatigue could be something serious and nothing to do with my anxiety and depression just wondering if anyone else feels like this daily 😊

Feeling tired a lot and fatigue
Hi Lukew20, absolutely! My depression leaves me completely depleted of any energy all day every day and it’s awful.
I took the advice from people on here and I get out of bed every day and try to do 2 or 3 things during the day whether it’s taking a shower, going for a short walk or doing laundry and even though I hate doing it, it makes me feel a little better and I’m hoping it will help me get back to my life at some stage.
It’s more than likely your illnesses - they completely drain us.
Hope you feel better.
Michelle
I get this a lot, it shatteres you out when you over think, the best thing I have found is doing exercise or writing it down x
I still overthink things, that is power to the course, Depression Anxiety. You will also feel tired and sometimes have problems sleeping. Yes it is serious because you feel that way caused by Anxiety that is why you need to take medications to help you control your Anxiety
Remember you are not alone, many here have had the same feelings, we all need to move on.

I take medication and have been for some time now just still feel tired but can’t sleep if that makes sense 😞
You need to relax before you go to bed.
Try not leaving supper too late, we go to bed about twelve, we have supper 20;30.
When it comes down to relax we try and watch programs on Tv that are not violent about two hours before bedtime. I generally look at my picture books of my travels, something nice and simple, no worries

We hear you. I think almost everyone has this feeling right now -- that the fatigue, the aches, the sore throat, a patchy skin, anything really (because the symptoms they tell us about the thing we are all supposed to fear so desperately -- even though they say most people recover from it (I have asthma, so there is that "extra" worry...if you can have extra when you worry to the point of insomnia and fatigue)-- seemingly change daily) is something more serious. You are not alone. Daily? Think: every other hour, sometimes every other minute. I have tried to limit my intake of the news and concentrate on books, music, etc. Exercise has been very helpful for me, yet I live in a tiny house sandwiched between two other tiny houses so we can hear everything and running is my go to so I get up super early to "social distance" while running (even though apparently, we can aspirate the boogie man) so that cuts into the precious sleep I never seem to get enough of... unless I go down into the rabbit hole --- and consume too much too often on the way down....... grab onto something that you can enjoy even if only momentarily. Something healthy -- reading, learning (I'm also auditing a class), exercising, meditating. I hope you find some solace today.
Years ago, back in the late '70s (I was about 31) I felt extremely fatigued every morning (I was also severely depressed off and on for about 30 years back then). It wasn't a normal kind of tired, I was afraid I wouldn't even be able to get out of bed to call in sick to work. My doctor was no help - he said anyone with my schedule would be tired, he didn't get it - it wasn't normal. I was talking about it at work and one co-worker asked me if I ate foods containing B vitamins. I had no idea what foods those might be. Joking around I said "Um, pizza and beer?" Anyway, he said green leafy vegetables, so that night I bought some B complex and after a few days I stopped feeling that weird tiredness. It never happened again until some years later I stopped taking the B vitamin, then it came back in a week or two. Maybe that's all your problem is. But if you decide to buy B complex make sure you get a good brand - some companies are less than honest in what they say is n their product - not enough of one or more things. When I try a new brand I go to Truth in Advertising's website and do a search for the brand. It's not foolproof, if nobody has ever filed a claim against a company it won't be listed on their site. Good luck.
If needed, regards taking Vit B12 AND D3. your GP can tell by blood tests if they are required. You can take D3 tablets and B12 Injections.
I take these medications as my body cannot produce B12, I have a lack of D3 and I need to take tablets every day, Regards the virus, I am need my B12 every twelve weeks and I am wondering how they are going to arrange it

I avoid doctors. I believe in alternative medicine and it works very well for me so far. Although I realize that, at some point most people will need a doctor - myself included - my experience has been that they are prolific liars. That has been my experience and it's been with doctors who are supposedly very good and experts in their field. But thank you for your input.
If you're taking a B-Vitamin supplement, I would strongly suggest finding one that is 'time-release'. B vitamins are extremely water soluble (as well as Vitamin-C) and if you take the instant release form your body will filter it out quickly and you'll just be urinating out the vitamin before it can stay in the system a while. Finding a time release version of both vitamins is pretty easy, my Wal-Mart stocks them frequently.
