Everyone please tell me something

I have PTSD, this virus is another traumatic thing happening in my life. I’m am having hope that we get rid of it soon, not just only for me, but all the people in the world. I even tell people shout it out, every day. But I’m sitting here shaking, and crying. My own family that never was there for me all these years. I now , my husband telling me this world is nuts to act this way about the virus, on the the other hand I got my oldest daughter that didn’t talk to me because I had to disconnect from my birth family my abusers, now she calls, veidio chats
