How can I help someone...

A lady that I met the first time I admitted myself n a behaviour health facility called me 2day 2 ask if she could come over. She informed me her father passed this past Thursday. Not sure what happened but she said she worked on him til the ambulance got there but he still did not make it. I don't know how to help her because I do not deal well with death. She has alwaysbeen here for me coming to the hospital when I have major break downs & so forth. It's been a while since she called & I have not heard from her. Tried textn her, no response. I don't know wat to do. 😔😔

Unfortunately Bluetj, this is not the time to console her in person because of the virus.

She may just need someone to talk with which can be done by phone or email. Consoling

her with a hug in person would be putting you both at risk. I am very sorry for her loss as

I know you are but these are different times right now and we have to choose wisely how

we proceed everyday. xx
