Yup we should all try but I think it’s not always in our power sadly. I’ve been moving my body, had so many calming teas, magnesium and anxiety pills and I’m still so on edge. I’m deep breathing and I’m trying to think positive but the intrusive thoughts are eating at me. But I have to keep trying. I think I’ll try distracting myself.
It's very understandable, especially now... We really need to try to remember our tools we've learn & to know we're not alone in all this. If you can try looking up videos of zoo animals online... some keepers are taking some animals on walks within the zoo... to check out their neighbors. Also some have live feeds of enclosures. And some aquariums do too. Totally adorable... & some cases funny. Been my go to... try to do that instead of looking up stuff that I shouldn't on my phone.
