My family is totally unable to understand my anxiety and is angry with me. But here I am safe and I thank each and every one of you. You have supported me, eased my fears a bit, made me laugh and given me many ideas of how to keep busy while I am stuck at home. From the bottom of my heart I thank you.
HUGS and BLESSINGS!

It's GAD but with my entire family working as nurses and first responders it has become health anxiety for them. I am quite healthy and if I get the coronavirus I won't have any complications to worry about. But my husband and brother are diabetic with cardiac problems, my daughter has autoimmune problems and my son has asthma. So I worry about them and cry when they are at work.
I think your fears are realistic. I'm sure your family has to think the way they do to do their jobs . You can't take your fear to work and be effective . I'm having trouble dealing with my fear but what I fear is real. We just have to be smart about what we do and how we live right now. Can you imagine how this would be if we didn't have computers right now ? I would have little contact with others and that's what helps me the most.
