Well today is my birthday, I’m feeling a lot better and my anxiety/ insomnia is under control, normally when I write posts on here I’m usually full of anxiety, sadly I don’t think I will be able to see my family today due to the Coronavirus which is sad but I’m sure we will celebrate later when all this goes away. I hope my little message gives you hope and life does get better, stay strong and stay safe, Regards Pete xxx
