Today has been one of those days. I woke up in a pretty good space but as the day progressed it went down hill for me. I tweaked my back which has made me want to cry and rage all at the same time! Like idk what to do. Cry or scream into some pillows. For now I think writing this out will help with my feelings! I’m still learning not to bottle things up. Go along with how I’m feeling and not fight it or hide it. Nothing to be ashamed of if I’m depressed or sad. My first reaction was always to hide it but I’m moving away from that.
I’ve been riding some really good highs and I’m going through a little low period now. Life is that wild ride full of ups and downs. Just knowing in my heart it’s all gonna be okay!!
I don’t always do the right thing when I’m feeling this way. But that’s okay to. Tomorrow is a new day and a fresh start!!
I love you all. You are all beautiful intelligent people with a lot to offer this world. Don’t ever forget it!!
Thanks for reading my post and just allowing me the space to share! It’s always greatly appreciated just like I appreciate every one of you!!
