Good morning, thank you for the kind words. I try to figure out were to start rebuilding, every aspect of my life is a mess, very overwhelming. I can't think because I'm bombarded with all the mess hitting me at once. My circle, which is small, has no idea how to help. Having depression is bad enough then anxiety kicks in. 🙃🤪
