Stay calm, remember how much you contribute to office... remember your value.... if he/she is critical thank them for their input but don’t take it personally, take the list back and think about what was said and determine how valid it is or what you could do to manage better? If it’s praise then bask in the sun of glory😊 that means you are coping well so pat on the back. Either way just remember you are good at what you do. You can improve by coping better.. heck we all can eh? It’s not personal at all!!!
