Works great and very quickly. Just be careful as it can become very addictive very quickly. I carry'em in my pocket for emergencies only. Getting off of them were hell for me for a period of time and now I only use very carefully.
It works great! Doctor prescribed 1 mg. twice a day! But I find that that is way to much for me😴.So I'm taking anywhere from 1/2 to 1 mg. a day. They just scare the sh*t out of me though, because they are so highly addictive! Just be careful with them! I know it feels so good to not feel high anxiety when you take them. How many mgs. a day do you take?
I wasn't fond of lorazepam or any of the short half-life benzos. BUT, I might be metabolizing them abnormally. I had better luck with long half-life benzos, such as Valium and Klonopin. They are supposed to be somewhat easier to discontinue, but take a little longer to work. Still not a bad idea to carry a few pills with you for emergencies, such as when an attack hits. That helps keep down the addiction/dependency risk. And having the pills with you might even act as a panic deterrent.
If you need to taper off a benzo, do it with a doctor's supervision. Otherwise it can be very dangerous, and never ever stop a benzo cold-turkey. It could be life-threatening otherwise.
