Self-doubt

Lately, I have been having a hard time adjusting with my new job. My last job I was one of the best workers, had a strong connect to my coworkers and it was a good stress relief most days. This new job does way better at paying the bills, but I miss that connection with people I used to have. Everyone is cool with each other and sometimes I feel completely ignored or like an outsider. Im used to catching on quickly and I have not had that luck, since I have made some mistakes which I am very hard on myself about. I get to the point sometimes where I get these obsessive thoughts that scream at me saying how I should quit, everyone hates me, Im making everything hard for everyone, what was I thinking believing I could do this?, everyone is judging me and thinks I am annoying and complain too much. It becomes overwhelming to where I cant even talk to anyone or I want to break down mid-shift. Ive tried to stay realistic, but I cant help but wonder if some of it is true or if it is just me.

HI there, congrats on the new job! It takes time to settle in so don't be hard on yourself. Also, speak positive to yourself and others about your accomplishments and let go of problems or mistakes, the more you focus on them the more others will too. Stress is draining and depletes our magnesium which is needed for stress so I do the following on continual basis. A good multivitamin is great to keep your mental/physical and emotional health up to par. Magnesium is great to calm the mind body and spirit and ginseng is great to get rid of sticky negative thoughts that loop and to balance out your moods so that will help you a lot with the internal negative voices. Also, getting out in sun is good to get rid of anxiety and increase peace. All living things point toward light and there are reasons for that, we need light. Another thing is helping others, we are fulfilled and improved by helping others so volunteering will increase your self worth and give you something else to focus on that is also positive. Don't complain or bad talk yourself to your co workers, it just puts you in a negative light for them. Only speak positive. YOu have got this, they hired you, trusting you can do this and you can. Trust in yourself and keep on keeping on. <3 Hope these things help you too! =
