Hemmroids Anxiety

Hey guys i have a question my anxiety caused me to develop hemmroids about 4 to 5 weeks ago but there's no pain and no blood , should I be worried and how do I get rid of them ?

Should go away on its own in a week or two. Drink more water and increase fiber in your diet.

I take a little ball of cotton wool, soak it in Witch Hazel and place it on the area, this is nice and cool and it shrink the tissue.
