Well I’ve had a lot of good day’s and anxiety free nights, got to the point where I wasn’t even bothered about going to bed, last night was very much like that, well I’ve just woke up and the heart’s racing and I’ve had to put the lamp on to calm myself down, this feeling of complete and utter dread isn’t good, I wish I could control this better!!! So here I am writing this to distract my mind and try to calm down, if anyone is out there I should be awake for the next hour or so while I hopefully calm down

Anxiety at night is very common. Your mind tends to race after a busy day. The best thing I've found to do is to distract yourself. Try taking melatonin at night to naturally tire yourself.
Hi, many people have mentioned melatonin to me regarding sleeping but I am naturally tired it’s the anxiety that I have when I suddenly wake up that’s my problem, I’ve been awake for about an hour now and I’ve calmed down, I’ll give it another half hour and then try to get some sleep, considering we have 7 billion people on earth and I can’t get any sleep tonight and I’m feeling sorry for myself doesn’t make any sense really or does it?
