Anxiety..posting items that came in my Blurt Box a Foundation that sends boxes to folks who have Anxiety and or Depression.

My question was going to be how to post a photo but I see here I can do here's my Blurt Box..

I just wanted to post things I told you guys about from the Blurt Foundation. That was one box. The boxes come from the UK and I live in the states but it doesn't take much longer...these things they send are geared toward anxiety as that's what Blurt is about..Anxiety..check it out .they are also on Pinterest to see some of the boxes..good thing is you can buy boxes without subscribing.

The items are fabulous and really do help. 🌞...the best thing is you don't have to commit to a subscription...you can buy a smaller box too with fewer items or a full Blurt Box...I absolutely love getting it. It's my treat. 🌈🌻🤗
