Write down what is the worse that could happen. Accept it. Pray that you have the strength to face it. Things may just pass by to your surprise. Good luck.
Hi Gilmore0987, I hope you have managed to calm yourself a little since you posted this.
We ALL make mistakes. Absolutely everyone. Donβt beat yourself up over it - it makes you human.
Most mistakes can be fixed even if some take a little longer to put right than others. If you feel comfortable to, perhaps you could share what happened - we may be able to help you find a solution. Sometimes I find talking something through helps me to find the answers for myself.
Take care,
Eleanor
Thank you everyone this has really help me out I really appreciate it ty
Have you offered an apology to whoever was impacted in which you state what you did, how it affected the offended party, promise to avoid the mistake in the future, offering to make amends, and asking for forgiveness? Usually, a heartfelt, vulnerable apology goes a long way. The offended party will usually appreciate your willingness to empathize and take responsibility, and you will probably feel better when you receive their forgiveness.
Donβt be so hard on yourself! We all make mistakes! I hope your feeling betterβ€οΈ
Panic attacks can be so scary. I used to get them years ago and got rid of them and they're back...your body can't sustain that level of panic with your heart racing, breathing, dizziness, at the rate a panic attack goes..I get them everyday. They are horrible and scary and I promise they have a beginning and an end...until the next..hugs Gia
Have you tried therapy , exercise, reading to divert your thoughts before the panic attack comes..I did start meditation which has been helpful.
