I’m thinking and have been for a while about starting a blog. The kind of life journal type. I’ve done a little bit of research, but need to do more to figure it all out. I really think it will help me get out my daily worries and anxiety but hopefully with some humor. And be able to vent being anonymous. I want to be able to add links for depression and anxiety and relationship issues. Any thoughts?

good idea would be good to compare each week as it goes and build on all the good things you put in it and learn from the not so good.
