The life we live can change so quickly. I am enlightened now to things I never wanted to know. That I wish I could forget but can’t. My body betrays me and I endlessly wrestle with negative thoughts. I am thankful and hopeful for everyone in this community. I pray for each and everyone of us that we have the strength and courage to not look at the mountain in front of us but that we take each step in faith.

It takes a lot of hard work to make forward progress in this.

It also takes support and understanding. We are all lucky that we landed in this community.

We do have to deal with the cards we were dealt. But we don't have to sit back and let it take us out.

Our lives can change in a minute. Each obstacle we face is going to have to be addressed differently. Some things are going to be harder and take longer to work through.

What are the options?

Sorry to hear of the negative thoughts and the things that are so deeply troubling to you. I hope that you are finding the support that you need and am glad that you have found this community. I pray that you walk each day by faith in Christ. Maybe the song "It is Well" (combination of an old hymn and modern song) by Bethel music would be encouraging for you?

Praise God with tears in my eyes I am closer to God than I have ever been in my life. I am humbled and broken but my faith is what keeps me going. Great song I’m listening now. Thanks hope you are well and thanks for comment.
