I have a job interview next Tuesday and was wondering if anyone had any tips for how to cope with nerves when you have anxiety?

Job interview
E2934, breathing in deeply, exhaling slowly can lower your tension,
blood pressure and adrenaline. Make sure you keep your shoulders
down away from your ears. That helps relax the muscles.
Good Luck Tuesday. You can do this xx
This is just what has helped me:
1) Think of possible interview questions and then think of how you'd answer them.
2) Pick out and get your outfit ready the night before.
3) Take deep and slow breaths; it'll only help you more than it'll hurt you.
P.S., Good Luck!
Thanks! ☺️
My sister told me something really helpful for one of my first interviews when I was nervous. She told me how employers always need employees, and without employees they don't have a business. So they need you. That always makes me feel better about job interviews. Think of all the great things about yourself and how lucky they'd be to have you as an employee. And if it doesn't work out, trust the bigger picture, maybe one of your close co-workers would have been horrible and drive you crazy. You never know how things will go!
Try to not get frustrated when you do get nerves, toocause the more you’re afraid of/bothered by the reaction you have, the stronger it gets. Just notice that it’s there sometimes, don’t beat yourself up when you can’t get rid of it too. Good luck.
