Self-Help? CBD oil? Bad anxiety

From my last post iv decided I don’t want to try sertraline after coming off mirtazapine I’m not sure if I’m suffering anxiety more because of withdrawal as it hasn’t been a week yet and the doctor just recommended me to just stop taking them as they made me worse.. I’m wondering if there’s anyone not on meds or has come off meds to try self-help and CBD Oil as I suffer anxiety and panic/anxiety attacks, it’s been going on a year and I have improved as I now understand anxiety more but it’s all still so draining and awful.. I do go to talk therapy and try not to stress (which is hard with 3 young kids)..if anyone can give any advice I would really appreciate it?

I've heard very good things about CBD oil. I've heard that it is one of the few things that actually works for people with anxiety

Yeah iv been reading into it and thinking to maybe to give it a go

i've been taking2/3 10m capsules for a few months now, i noticed they def help with small superficial anxiety but not depression, they help with sleep, tho' everyone reacts dif, they are worth a try, get h &b penny sale, i started with oil,but didnt like taste was'nt sure of dose
