Danger everywhere

I hate feeling like there's danger everywhere I go it's like I feel it it's weird and scary and puts me a bad mood nowhere feels safe but my room I'm really confused and scared

The thing to keep in mind is , going anywhere is not a choice right now.

Unless you absolutely have to , stay home.

Is, if you dont absolutely need to go out, is stay home. It's the safest place to be, and if everyone , who can , does the same thing, things will get better faster.
