I try to think of any good memories it helps a little , I guess I’m lucky I do have hours when it’s not so bad to look back on. Good memories become so precious...

Hello, Buddha said "Life is suffering" it will end once we "Transcend it". He was a great teacher, when I first read this I thought how do I do that, I started and it was difficult. Scott Peck says in his book "The Road Less Travelled" Life is difficult, I learnt a Lot from reading his book. Got me on the right road, I did finally "Transcend", it was not easy, but I learnt so much in my life and I am "Free". Little or nothing brings me down anymore. I learnt we Must Love, Like and Accept ourselves for who we are, those are big keys to getting on the right road. Yes it takes work, and we get frustrated at times, but to me all the effort was well worth it. We have to be our own best friend, we never let ourselves down, we always love ourselves and each day we do our best, that is all that is required of us. Once you get the hang of it, it makes life so pleasant. And we feel "FREE".

So go for it, be patient with yourself and see yourself grow.
